They reduced the costs in our community but they are very unresponsive. They take their time enforcing the rules if they do it at all. My self and others have had numerous calls and emails unreturned. They come across aggressive and proactive but they are not what they represent them selves to be. If you have an issue with them please contact your local consumer protection agency or the owner Peyton Harris is a member of several professional organizations. Each of these organizations have a morals and ethics standard. Please review your issue, determine fault and make sure that you have antiquate documentation and file a grievance.
