Unfortunately, I had one of the worst experiences at a hair salon at Salon Antoine. The owner of the shop took a phone call on his iPhone while he was cutting my hair. I was amazed that he was able to cradle the phone to his ear while using both hands, all the while continuing to cut my hair. However, the amazement quickly turned to total dismay when I realized he was actually shaving my neck and the back of my hair so short. I never asked for short hair, but he was so distracted by his conversation that he just kept cutting and cutting my hair. It will take me six months to grow it out to where it will look normal again. And this place is expensive. I was in shock and just paid it, walked out, and will never go back.
