Office staff is not hard to reach by phone. The garbage trucks arrive at the same time on various dates (trash, garden waste, recycling) so it is easy to plan when to put cans, etc. at the curb. The drivers are very good, good humored, and helpful if asked questions. Unlike another company serving my area, Republic is not fussy about what constitutes trash because their trucks use a giant mechanical arm to pick up cans even if filled to the brim with things like wood that can be too heavy for a man to lift.
