We have bought at least 3 big screen TVs from The Big Screen Store Fairfax. Because of the cost of the TVs (most are close or over $3K), we always purchased the extended warranty. We had occasion to use it for our last 75” Samsung 8K TV. The panel died after 2 years and out of manufacturer’s warranty. We submitted a claim to the extended warranty company. We also contacted The Big Screen Store Fairfax. The claim was processed within a week, a tech was sent out to assess the unit in another two, and a pro-rated credit was issued to purchase a replacement at the store. We were pleasantly surprised the credit was nearly 80% of the original purchase price. We decided to upgrade the replacement TV to a better model. All in all, very happy with both the shopping and warranty claim experience with The Big Screen Store Fairfax.
