Just got back from meeting with Joon, who was extremely honest, caring, and gave my wife a bunch of options for fixing her heirloom gold watch. Joon informed us that the battery had leaked and the mechanism was ruined but told us he could fix it but it would be at a high cost and didn't pressure us to fix it. He was kind and considerate noting the sentimental value and whether it was worth fixing. He gave us some solid advice and fully explained our choices. I felt he was extremely honest and knowledgeable and if we decide to do it, would not hesitate to bring it to Charly's Watch Repair.

Always fixes our watches and clocks quickly and at a very reasonable cost. And a lovely person as well.

Have been using the shop for many years - keeps my watches up and running - staff friendly and helpful - good suggestions re care of my now vintage Bulova watch and an old railroad pocket watch.
