Joon took a lot of time to try to find a new movement for my beloved 24 year old Seiko watch. Unfortunately, Seiko had discontinued the movement and did not have one that would fit. I wanted to pay him for all the time he spent communicating with Seiko but he would not accept any money from me. He has helped us in the past with a ship's bell clock that we love and I know he is a very honest man. I would trust him with your precious items.

Just got back from meeting with Joon, who was extremely honest, caring, and gave my wife a bunch of options for fixing her heirloom gold watch. Joon informed us that the battery had leaked and the mechanism was ruined but told us he could fix it but it would be at a high cost and didn't pressure us to fix it. He was kind and considerate noting the sentimental value and whether it was worth fixing. He gave us some solid advice and fully explained our choices. I felt he was extremely honest and knowledgeable and if we decide to do it, would not hesitate to bring it to Charly's Watch Repair.
