Window Man installed 22 windows in our house in September 2022. The workmen damaged several window frames during installation, but rather than make repairs promptly, the company delayed for months, not returning calls and not repairing the damage they caused. In December 2022, they finally sent a workman to our house to patch over the damage. Since he failed to paint the patches and complete the job, I made more calls to Window Man to arrange for painting and left repeated messages for the Office Manger. I finally made contact with her on February 3, 2023, and she told me that Window Man would not paint the patch because they don't paint. The end result is an incomplete job. I like giving complimentary ratings to good contractors, but this project was just far too much hassle. I would never use nor recommend the Window Man for any future project because of poor customer service and their lack of concern about providing it.

So, I met with a The Window Man rep at the Chantilly Home Show on Friday, 21 January. He was very pleasant and set an appt for an estimate for the following Friday, 28 January. He arrived early (after calling to ensure it was okay), was pleasant, took measurements and said he would have an estimate to me by that evening or the following day. He never got back to me. However, another rep sent an email (dated 4 Feb) thanking me for having the estimator by and asking if the estimator had performed certain functions during the visit. I responded to the email that evening (Friday) informing the rep that the estimator had not yet provided an estimate. Two days later (Sunday), I followed up with some additional detail. It's been well over a week and I've yet to hear back from them.

I did not find the salesman informative or responsive. However the principal, Dan, and the office staff and the people who did the work were professional, honest and clear with information, and responsive.
