Highly recommended, I believe their prices are average but I can't reliably attest to that. They are quite flexible and worked to save us $2000 on a repair by replacing a part as opposed to a whole unit , unlike the horrible factory authorized providers Artic Sun who make a big show of great customer service while extracting the maximum $$$ possible from customers.

They replaced the water heater at my house the same day I called. The water was off to the house so I really appreciated the same day service. It was a high quality installation that updated the plumbing to meet code.

We had them do a simple thermostat replacement. They were untimely providing us a 4 hour window and no call ahead. They did not install the back plate of the thermostat correctly and their is a hole from the old thermostat. They were quick in the process but their price was high. $250 for 15 minutes of labor and a $30 thermostat. They also did not clean up any of the paint/drywall that came off during the process.
