Chandlers recently installed a new air conditioner and air handler for us. The job was professionally done. The workers arrived on time, laid down tarps before they installed the air handler in the attic, and cleaned up. They programmed the new thermostat and explained its operation before they left. When I had an issue installing a new filter they were back the same day to rectify the problem. Their price was competitive with another contractor I contacted and their proposal included a bit more work, i.e., new base for air conditioner, new drain pan, replace breaker with proper sized breaker, and increase size of return grills. Last winter they also replaced a zone valve and a back flow preventer on our boiler. We have a service contract with Chandlers and both jobs were professionally done with same day service. In 2022 Chandlers restored our boiler to fully operating condition, including replacing a hard to reach pump, when the owner of another company had informed me that our boiler “wasn’t serviceable”. Also, within the last year, Chandlers has also done quality electrical work for us.

We wanted to replace our 15 year old HVAC system. Chandlers has been servicing our system for years even though another company installed it and we've found their routine service outstanding. They quickly provided a price quote, scheduled an install, and Lorenzo and Josh provided a neat, efficient install with instructions on some new system features. Process was very easy.

We have used Chandler's for close to 25 years and have a maintenance contract with them for our heating and AC systems. They are always courteous, thorough, and timely. Their prices may be higher for for some services, but their quality and standard of work support their pricing.
