took forever to get my desk top computer back. Made the mistake of going back again for a repair on my laptop. The hard drive had gone bad and without asking me they put in a drive that was smaller than the original and my backup would not fit. To their credit, they did put in a bigger hard drive after I told them what they had done would not work
