Not Recommended
I would recommend just based on the counseling, but the customer service has been the worst that I have experienced with any business in my entire life. The counselors seem competent and were helpful in their counseling. The billing was an entire different issue. They are "out-of-network" meaning you will need to deal with insurance reimbursement. That is fine, except you need to pay upfront and they provide wrong billing codes (such as only add-on codes with no required base code) that will not allow you to get reimbursed from insurance. I even got my insurance company and a health advocate to try to get Sunstone to correct the billing codes, but with no avail. There is never any response from Sunstone after dozens of contact attempts. Even when we were going there, the counselor made outrageous claims such as she called our insurance company, but she could not discuss with anyone because nobody at the insurance company was an insurance expert and that they never got back to her.
