The best review is a satisfied customer who reports that they enjoyed a good night's rest on their new mattress. Thanks to Warren, a most helpful salesman at the Seven Corners location of Mattress Warehouse, I was able to help an elderly former neighbor who resides in an assisted living residence achieve this feat. Shopping in person or online is virtually impossible for my friend and I do not live nearby, so the entire transaction of purchasing a bed frame, foundation, and mattress (and cover) was accomplished by telephone. The transaction was complicated somewhat by the fact that I placed the order but the recipient of the items provided the payment information and chose the delivery date, etc. Warren went above and beyond to accommodate the intricacies of the situation and had the patience of a saint. It took quite a few phone calls to work out all the details, but he was never less than willing to do what was needed to accomplish the task at hand. I cannot not thank him enough for all his kind help.

Mattress hasn't been delivered yet so I can't rate their delivery, but I wanted to give a shout-out to Vida on the sales staff at this store. She was tremendously knowledgeable and helpful, including showing me a Bedbeam device that the installers will attach to my old furniture bed so that it can adequately support the new (heavier) mattress and foundation. I was in four other stores today and not one of them mentioned this option. Vida also gave me some unexpected discounts on the mattress of my choice so I bought from her. She is terrific!
