Because I was given an unclear description of when the power wash person would show up, I thought I had time to schedule a medical appointment. It turns out, that didn't work because the person could arrive 45 minutes early OR 45 minutes late, which could interfere with my appointment. The owner offered another date, two weeks later. I couldn't make that because I had another medical appointment scheduled at that time. I offered several other days and times that week but was told because I had only a small job (power washing steps and driveway), the appointment had to be scheduled at their convenience. If I couldn't make the second appointment time offered, I needed to get someone else. I already waited two weeks to get the first appointment. The second offered date was another two weeks later. So, I've wasted all this time trying to get this done. If this business is this limited and can't take into account their customers' schedules, it should not do this work.
