For a condo UOA of 200 shareholders, property manager has misled the UOA Board and prevented effective basic property repair management, let alone allow or even encourage any kind of strategic management of the Association. He has effectively undermined the Board and prevented them from doing their job by using less-than-honest tactics.

KPA made needed improvements and took cost-saving measures that got our condo association out of debt. The on-site manager, Ed Decowski, took the time to get to know residents; additionally communication was enhanced by an online ticketing system.
