They've been preparing our taxes for several years. They've been responsive to questions in a timely fashion at any time of year. They provide an organizer to guide you through collecting the information they'll need. They may seem pricey but you are paying them to avoid blunders you would make that would cost you more in time and anxiety. In at least two years the questions and suggestions they had more than offset the taxes I would have paid had I done it myself.
