Van Syckle is your guy if you're a bully looking for someone who won't stand up to you. Totally spineless, talks out of both sides of his mouth. Likes to fill time spouting useless cliches and rambling on about his own family, hobbies, and other patients. (Seriously-is that even ethical?) Specializes in stretching out simple issues for months regardless how much damage it causes-even to kids. He's perfected the art of making you believe that if you come back just one more time, you might actually accomplish something.

I couldn't agree more with the other comments made. No backbone or integrity whatsoever. Completely submissive to angry males - speaks too often of his own personal situation growing up with a controlling father. Refers to speech about "best practices" rather than individualizing. Definitely in it for the money

very poor in all respects. didn't listen, got overwhelmed by spouse's temper tantrums, took sides in failed attempt to placate angry spouse. lied in order to curry favor, avoid conflicts, and generally showed no backbone or principals or integrity. it is a shame especially since this man comes highly recommended. He has clearly lost the edge, I think he took his priviledge for granted and is now simply lazy and wanting to coast. He forgot important features of our case from session to session and relied on look-it-up-in-a-book style checklists that he pulls out, no attempt to fit them to our situation. He doesn't take insurance either so the easy cash in hand may be part of his lazy entitlement point of view.
