Fairfax recently bailed me out for the second time in 3 years. First time was around Christmas and our furnace died on 1 of the coldest days of the year. This time, our 20+ year old A/C unit died on one of the hottest days of the year. Both times they were able to survey the problem the day I called, even during non business hours. They were able to replace our A/C unit the day after the first visit, and the furnace replacement was done in 2 days. Other contractors returned my call after Fairfax had already completed their work. Highly recommend!

They came to inspect our systems. Gave us good advice, and said they'd get us a quote on repairs, but never followed up. I think they're fine.
