The rear concrete patio on my single family home separated from the foundation and caused a gap to open up which made the foundation vulnerable to rain. My plan to remove the patio and replace it with a new one was abandoned because of cost. I contacted Mark Howley of A-1 Concrete Leveling. He came out, inspected my patio and gave me an estimate of $1680 to raise the slab by injection. Since that was thousands less that the replacement estimates, I had his company lift the patio and restore it to its original position. I am very satisfied with Mark's professionalism and work and am glad I selected the leveling option.
