Prompt communications and keep to their committed schedule. Lowest price, probably not, but if you want it done correctly I would entrust them to get it done.

Steve came out and provided detailed info on required specs for installation of Hardie fiber cement siding and discussed options. Crew very diligent/responsible and careful. Steve inspected work during and after completion. Job site well maintained. Quote for job was competitive with other estimates for similar specs.
