We were extremely pleased with Landsdowne Animal Hospital for about 5 years, until our pet became ill and died. When we brought up our initial concerns, medication was prescribed, but there was little or no follow up and test samples were mishandled resulting in additional delays. Meanwhile our pet slowly slipped away. We eventually brought our pet to an emergency hospital and had to have him euthanized. We never heard anything from Landsdowne Animal Hospital and no longer use them.
