PMP have years-on Management Services Agreement with the Potomac Station Community Association, of which we are longstanding homeowners/members. PMP have demonstrated through policies, in-house and on-site practices with and through the PSCA Board, hired vendors, and most important, homeowner members---that the latter are inconsequential in the process of both maintaining and improving the quality of life of residents, including standards of required services, government codes & community infrastructure, common areas, and due diligence, enforcement of housing, property rules-standards-values. PMP manages by using/manipulating legal & political instruments to delimit true member active, decision-making participation; delimiting opportunities to present, inform, educate members; offering zero free access to PSCA files, thereby suppressing vast sums of information. All too many discussions and decisions are conducted, manufactured absent the presence, knowledge and/or consent of the membership. Too much to add. It's corrupt, invalidating mismanagement of properties and accounts and people!!!
