Patient First made check-in simple, staff were attentive and care was efficient. The facility was clean and overall service exceeded expectations.

They prescribed some medication that is contraindicated for my health history (which they know). The phamacist caught it but getting them to change it was difficult ,(first getting them to answer the phone, then getting to the right person, and then they wanted to send jt electronically rather than talk to the pharmacist while I’m standing right there and the pharmacy is about to close). Putting the patient first didn’t happen in my case.
