Superior service in every regard. I have had an annual contract with Commonwealth for several years. I receive two discounted service visits each year and priority emergency service should that be necessary. The service man has been clear about what can or should be done to minimize the cost of heating and cooling and has always provided reasonable cost estimates for necessary repairs. I can recommend Commonwealth without hesitation. I am completely confident in the quality of the work.

Commonwealth is prompt and on time on service calls. Prices are mid-range. Service crew pleasant and efficient. And they take time to explain things.

When I took maint contract, I wasn't aware of option to cover service call for warranteed equipment. I would have taken that.
