Quality contractor will give you a fair price on installations but will seriously overcharge for service and parts. I was charged $208 for a part (a capacitor) that was $19 at Amazon (same brand and part number) and $380 for the 1 hour minimum for two service technicians when the service took 20 minutes and only one service technician was needed.
