Price ok on bad capacitor replacement for heat pump. Tech would not say if he noticed any other issues with the heat pump -- said I had to pay for a maintenance plan. Company then started pushing the plan. Turned off by tactics, feel like I'm getting ripped off, and lack of a good faith by the company.

My Steve failed on a Sunday and they answered and came out that day. Also Instagram a new system for far less than Costco firm would have.

Extremely communicative and responsive. Pricing was fairly on par with what others were quoting. Marketing calls after the service are a bit too much, but otherwise good.
