I strongly advise against using Nice Heating & Air. I had a service contract with them which I recently terminated because of their poor service and lack of professionalism and customer service. My fall inspection was scheduled for November 1st. That morning I received a text at 10:37 telling me that I was next on their schedule. An hour and a half later I received another text telling me that I was still the next call and the technician would be in touch when he was on his way. After that I heard nothing at all re: updates or further delays. I waited until 4:00 and finally gave up and left my home to do some errands. I spent six hours waiting for this service contract inspection. The following afternoon I received a text saying they would like to reschedule me for Nov. 29. Instead of a sincere apology ( bear in mind I am a long time contract customer and have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on what I now realize were unnecessary upgrades to my system) and an offer to come out and do the inspection at my convenience, they wanted me to wait a month to put me back on their schedule. Time to move on to a more customer oriented, reputable company that values my business!

Nice folks at NICE, but it took them a month after they started installation to install our new HVAC system properly. Pricey service contract, but they do respond quickly to emergencies.
