System had no Freon. Paid $620 labor & $118 for Freon & nitrogen to partially charge system. Total Paid $738. Original estimate to check for leak- $300. Told cost more by HVAC guy b/c had to wait for insurance docs to be faxed to condo office, and for building engineer to show him to unit on roof.The $80 service fee must cover the office administration overhead. I was told that labor time included his walking "long" distance from the roof unit to his truck. HVAC guy was to return the next wk to check system pressure. As a As a result of my experience with OASIS's competency and professional philosophy, I cut my losses and did not schedule a return to continue to search {& bill} for a leak. Note: Above mere summary of the experience and opinion of a 77yr old stroke victim.
