Magic Mist in Lorton does more than just power washing. We wanted the front steps, basement entrance, and deck power washed. Deck staining was a major part of the project. We have an older deck which also needed a couple of boards replaced. Joshua, the owner, promptly returned our call. He patiently explained the stain product options and the + and - of each for our deck. He explained the processes he would use to do the power washing, the board replacement and the staining. He agreed to move the heavy pieces of furniture and grill which we could not do ourselves. He included moving those when the stain was dry a few days later. His price included the cost of the stain and the lumber. We had contacted another company. Based on photos and schematic of the deck they quoted a price a couple of hundred dollars more and did not include the cost of the lumber and the stain. Magic Mist completed the job on time, within cost, and did a great job.
