My wife had a teleconference visit. The doctor was good but the service support was poor. We had a problem with the prescription not being received by the Fort Belvoir pharmacy. To be fair, this was not Allcare’s fault as Fort Belvoir no longer accepts faxed prescriptions. However, when trying to resolve the issue, we had to wait for an inordinate amount of time before someone answered and then we were transferred, and had additional waits. We finally decided that it would be easier to go to the office and pick up a paper copy. This went fine and the prescription was ready at the front desk when we arrived. However, when we took the prescription to a local pharmacy, they wouldn’t accept it because it didn’t have an original signature. This started the process of calling, waiting for someone to answer, being transferred, and waiting for someone to answer again. The reason that I’m not recommending Allcare is because of the support only. If you need to see a doctor and don’t need to contact the office afterwards, Allcare may be fine.
