Then turned out they didn’t have the capacitor on the truck and no one from their support team would bring it by so they said they would or could come back the following day at 4pm. We had been without ac for 2 days in the middle of summer. But i had to pay the expedited coming out fee, but no part. And to kick it off. The work……For 2 screws and a 1 capacitor they wanted $400..:The part was $18. I don’t mind them making a profit but that’s too much. Very unsatisfying experience. I have moved to a new company
