Focus in on selling the maintenance package. Unit we bought from them is low quality and has needed new parts every year since install in 2019. Repair is always over $300.

Our Carrier air conditioner that ARS installed was not working when the summer check up was done. After 3 days of diagnostics, we ended up getting a new ac, even though the Carrier one was "new," not quite 4 years old. The one ARS installed was squeaking, a technician came out and found the problem: shoddy installation. His boss said to fix it with duct tape!! And that is where we stand at this point. Also, if you phone their Quality Assurance number, they do NOT return calls as they obviously do not care about quality nor assuring the customer. Let the facts speak for themselves.

Just wanted the standard checkup. Technician didn't/wouldn't do everything listed on the website as part of the checkup. Heavy pressure to get salesman out to bid on replacing system. Another company said it's just old, but in good shape and nothing needed to be done.
