HVAC not working. Young tech arrived and thought he found issue almost immediately. He double checked with his supervisor. The supervisor had the tech run some more tests but then agreed the tech was correct with his first finding. I was happy the tech was conscientious enough to get a second opinion. He made the fix and HVAC has been good for a month. A pleasant experience with Duvall's. I recommend!

When my air conditioner died on a Saturday in August, Duvall was able to send a repair person the same day. He identified the problem quickly and showed us how to change the filter and clean the unit, to keep it running smoothly. He explained that, if he took the outdoor unit apart to clean it, he would have to charge the emergency rate, and offered us the options of having him come back at a later, less busy date or doing it ourselves, which we chose to do after he showed us how to do it.
