Local FH FURR managment in Manassas does not respond to written complaints, phone messages or email when things go terribly wrong. Buyer BEWARE!

Since FURR was bought by a national company they are no longer locally owned. Long time customer with preferred maintenance plan. Purchased new system 7 years ago and due to poor technical support have had nothing but problems. Had coils cleaned for $2K and since have had refrigeration leaks. 2nd time this summer, 2025, lost AC and NO ONE IS AVAILABLE ! Both involved weekends and FURR can’t find a senior technician to respond until Monday. Ruined what I once thought to be a good brand.
