Have yearly service contract. With some evidence have determined costs are generally inflated. On one occasion (replace hot water heater) more than double what other reputable contractor charged.

Appalling customer service. The company refused to respond to phone calls, despite assuring us that they would respond promptly. We called over 10 times over 3 weeks and NO ONE ever called us back.
