Rates were provided up front when I called to make the appointment for a chimney inspection and cleaning. The team was honest, punctual, and amiable. They explained what they were looking for and what they found during the inspection, then cleaned one flue from the roof and from the vent pipe for the oil boiler in the basement. I expected them to need to clean the other flue for the fireplace also, but they assured me it did not need to be done. I called four companies, and this company's price was lower than the others and they were one of the first who could come out at the start of peak season.
