Davenport was recommended by my HVAC contactor. I called and called and left messages on the office and an individual's voicemail, no response. Don't bother with this company, they don't have time for customers.

I called for an estimate and was given the number of the person who would do an estimate. I called the number and left a message but never heard from him. I called a week later on a Thursday, and the woman who answered the phone said he happened to be in the office. He apologized for not calling and came out that afternoon. I have a split level house, therefore, 2 attic entrances. He stood at the top of the ladder and stuck his tape measure in. He wasn't here long and then said he would have the estimate to me that evening, no later than the next day. By the end of the following day (Friday) I had not received an email or text. I waiting until the end of the day the following Monday and then texted him. No response. The following day I left a voicemail message. No response. The following day was the 4th of July. The day following the 4th, I called the Davenport phone # and the same woman who answered the phone before said the guy was off that week, but she would get in contact with him. I never heard from either of them. My experience says they do not take their business seriously. Find someone else.
