Mike Stotsman, owner, personally responded to my call this morning and did the necessary repair this afternoon at my North Arlington location. I had caused the damage when backing out my car as the garage door came down causing a roller to go off track. The repair was tricky because I had made it worse by trying to repair it myself by loosening the curved track supporting a force of up to 800 lbs., causing the track to drop 3 inches. Mike diagnosed how to safely get the track and roller back in place. Within 40 minutes the job was done, including checking balance and alignment of the track and door, as well as fully lubricating all moving parts. Very satisfied with his work. Crew Garage Doors will be my "go to" company for all future garage door work.
