Air Pro is a small HVAC company, however, they are very customer-focused. Mike and his team of technicians are always very pleasant and knowledgeable. I had them replace an old air conditioning/heating system in my house that was at its end-of-life. Mike recommended the top of the line Carrier system because with the rebates from Carrier, it was almost the same price as the middle-line unit. He also let me know that I could get a rebate from Arlington County if I bought this system. Of course the unit is very efficient and I have notice a reduction in my electric and gas bills since the install. Since that time, I have only had the semi-annual checkups of my system, which seem to be very thorough. I highly recommend Air Pro for all of your HVAC needs.

In the midst of responding to my request for service the technician received a call that his wife was being quarantined because she had been exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19 and that he needed to pick her up at the airport. So he got the heat to work, although the outside unit was not responding to the thermostat, and had to leave. He was quarantined for two weeks (neither he nor his wife had the virus) and so had to come back to tackle the problem with the outside unit. He called to schedule his return visit as soon as he was released from quarantine, and came back on time, fixed the problem, and even supplied me with a new thermostat. The need to leave before everything was taken care of is the only reason I rated "doing service properly on first try" as adequate rather than superior - certainly an unusual circumstance that I am sure would not happen again.

All-Pro put in my furnace about 3 years ago. They removed my perfectly adequate thermostat and I could not understand the operation of the one they put in. When the thermostat battery died this year, I could not get the device open to find & replace the battery. The technician this time was adequate. I can now operate the thermostat, but I still find it unnecessarily complex -- the old one gave as many options, had a clearer manual, and fit better in its space.
