We had Pro Deck Installers rebuild our 30-year-old wood deck. Their estimate was about 15% lower than another highly rated deck builder. They offered excellent design suggestions which were very helpful. The construction team lead Marco, has been with them for about 25 years, as is an excellent finish carpenter. We love our new deck and plan on using this company when we have some repair work done on our hardscape.

I haven't been able to use my deck yet as job was completed only in early November due to a late start that was partly my fault and partly due to the company's small staff. That said, I am very happy with the second-floor deck and a lower paver patio; both look great. I had contacted four different companies; ProDeck's prices were not the lowest (nor the highest), but I appreciated the way everything that was to be done was clearly spelled out in the contract. The crew was very hard-working and responded well to unexpected problems. The company's owner--when I could reach him--kindly and clearly answered all questions. I have recommended ProDeck to several friends.
