I'd used this salon several times and had great experiences (Ronnie, Elyssa, & Ariana are wonderful). Over the summer, I decided for my young daughter to get her hair cut there on short notice, and the only stylist available was Fariba. We decided to give her a try. We asked for a certain hair cut (short hair with long layers) that I had before, but Fariba said that it won't look good on my daughter. She proceeded to cut my daughter's hair the way she wanted to (single length short hair). When we insisted that Fariba put some layers into my daughter's hair cut, she became very aggressive and frightened my daughter. Fariba did eventually put in short layers in my daughter's hair but the cut was uneven. Afterwards, other stylists there were quietly apologizing to us for the bad experience saying that Fariba isn't usually like that.
