Dave is a good old boy who's live in Leesburg for a very long time. He has been in the business for 24 years. I just moved in and the house needs a lot of work. I'm finished one room just so I could live somewhere while the house gets upgraded for the first time in 24 years. I asked that the first floor be refinished, and rip the carpets out and lay new flooring on the second floor. The previous owners did some quirky things with the floor when they did some remodeling (like going at a 90 degree angle where a wall used to be) and there were some pee spots. He replaced those area at minimal cost with the exact same wood. He gave me an estimate in cost and time, and stuck to it. The floors now look marvelous. Oh and listen to him about where to get wood. I learned from my own mistakes when laying the white maple floor for the one bedroom. We couldn't use 20% of the wood. I highly recommend him. In fact I have a couple of neighbors using him now for some work.
