Two technicians on separate trips completely contradicted each other. Ben found low pressure in the coolant and said the downstairs unit was leaking. He recommended further testing, adding coolant, and minor repair, which totalled $600. He recommmended to wait before fixing the leak, which I did. Oscar came out several months later and said there was nothing wrong with the downstairs unit. NO LEAK! But the upstairs unit was now leaking. He recommends replacing it for $8700. Ben has since left the firm, so there is no way to check who is wrong. At a minimum, an error cost me $600.
