Can't say enough positive about them; they pointed me in the right direction, were honest in advice and price of service and developed a trust that was key considering what I was navigating.

They have been cleaning/maintaining our pellet stoves for over a decade. They are punctual, coming within scheduled time range, polite and professional. They help move furniture to make sure nothing gets damaged and cover surrounding area with heavy dropcloths. They are very thorough, pretty much taking apart the stove to make sure they clean everything, and turn the stove on to make sure it works after they put it together. They clean up nicely after they are finished. Because of the pandemic they have had staffing issues, so it's hard to get on their schedule. Best to schedule end of the year while you're still using your fireplace/stove for spring cleaning. Don't wait until fall when you need it because they may be booked.
