Our gas fireplace remote stopped working and we hired Amazing Flame to fix it. They did a complete cleaning and checkup of the fireplace, and discovered that the batteries in the control box were dead. They got the box working, but the remote had to be held right next to the fireplace to work, so they replaced the control box and remote. Very thorough cleaning, and they protected the carpet with a drop cloth. They also added new sparkle chips to make the fire look nice, and adjusted the automatic fan. Very reasonable price, and they gave a summer season discount without me asking.

We bought 2 new inserts a few years ago from Amazing Flame, we have used them for yearly cleaning of our 3 gas inserts. They do a great job, but unfortunately do not work in Fairfax any longer. Very disappointing
