Recommended
A large facility for urgent care, easy parking. Based on number of staff and rooms, imagine they can do more than the average urgent care place (another one I use typically has one nurse practitioner in one room). I've used them for things like sinus infections and they were great.

Not Recommended
Silly me, I underestimated the importance of scheduling an appointment. I don't blame them for the long wait, but would have appreciated a little clarity on how long the wait would be. Instead, I was shown into an exam room after half an hour, told the provider would be in shortly, and left there for 45 minutes. The PA, when she finally arrived, was fine, and the waiting room staff was uneven, with one being quite nice and friendly and the other not. I guess the moral of my story is, schedule an appointment! It may be unfair not to recommend them, but I won't be going back.

We have used INOVA urgent care in Reston for many years and have always received excellent care very quickly. They are always excellent.
