Silly me, I underestimated the importance of scheduling an appointment. I don't blame them for the long wait, but would have appreciated a little clarity on how long the wait would be. Instead, I was shown into an exam room after half an hour, told the provider would be in shortly, and left there for 45 minutes. The PA, when she finally arrived, was fine, and the waiting room staff was uneven, with one being quite nice and friendly and the other not. I guess the moral of my story is, schedule an appointment! It may be unfair not to recommend them, but I won't be going back.
