I recommend Geek ABC/Springfield with two qualifications: they are expensive for what they do, and they tried to shortcut a requested modification by a simple tweaking of a cable. Several friends have stated that, for what Geek ABC did in our house, the price was about 30-40% too high. The shortcut was adjustment of a cable, rather than the requested replacement; it was apparent that the technician did not want to replace the cable, as that would've been more work. Although they did fix our Internet problems, I am unsure that we will use them again, due to the abovementioned qualifications.
