Extremely prompt service and excellent results. We had a burst pipe in our basement and about 2" of water over the entire floor. Called and they arrived within 2 hrs with vacuums, fans, dehumidifiers, everything. Took 3 days to dry - but it did! They very carefully removed (and saved) all of the baseboards which made restoration by our contractor much easier. They explained the process and the various dryness measurements they needed to reach, reviewed all of the moisture measurements they made each day, etc. They, especially Dennis and Bernard, kept their team moving carefully and quickly from start to finish. We couldn't be happier.

The recent hard rains flooded our basement. A single call to ServiceMaster brought a team out the same day to start drying and restoration. After two days of using their equipment, they returned and using "high technology" sensors insured my basement was dry AND that their was NO mold or mildew growing on any basement surfaces. Very satisfied with their responsiveness and professionalism.
