All-in-all a good company and I would use them again. My project was replacement of siding and eaves with James Hardie product. Craftsmanship was good, and the few flaws I noted to them were addressed without question. Once started, they worked the project every day the weather allowed and finished within 2 weeks. The start of the project was severely delayed (several months) when we noticed they had delivered the wrong color Hardie trim boards to our driveway. They admitted their mistake and ordered the correct color. They also showed with the wrong gutter color on the last day of the project, but again admitted their mistake and came back the following day with the correct color. For both of these, the contract listed the wrong colors, and they could have pointed to that and said that was what I'd signed up for. However, subsequent email exchanges clearly indicated changes to those colors that they agreed to accommodate, and they honored that. So kudos for their willingness to "make it right". I rated Pricing as "Adequate" because I'd gotten 3 quotes from highly rated companies. After adjusting for differences in the quoted work, I still opted to pay a substantial premium for EM to do the work because of EMs claim to use crews who only do Hardie siding projects, their status as a preferred Hardie installer (by the Hardie company), and a personal recommendation I'd received. Was it worth it? Probably- but the point being I doubt they'd ever have the low price.

Exterior Medics has provided various services for my principal residence over the past three years, including window and sliding glass door replacement (past years) and an unscheduled siding repair (within past 12 months). Prices are typically a bit higher than general contractors or other bulk suppliers of exterior products. However, Exterior Medics has proven they can install products efficiently and cleanly, as well as remedy other vendors failures effectively. They are easy to work with, clear with work scope, contracts, and cost, and results-oriented. At this point, they are my go-to vendor for any major exterior repairs. And, they are always in my bidders list for larger jobs like roofing, siding, etc.
