Jim has done the sprinkler repairs for two times in the last three years after Springfield Irrigation folded their business and moved to California. In May 2025, I texted Jim three times, sent emails two times, phoned and left messages three times, and had sent him an email a month ago requesting reserving some time for sprinkler additions a month ago, but Jim has not responded. So unfortunately I have to say that the smaller companies neither have man-power nor time nor responsiveness to take care of their clients. So I am moving away from Reliable Sprinklers and would not recommend it anymore.

Reliable Sprinklers installed a new system for me last year. Proprietor Jim has been extremely responsive, replacing punctured line and winterizing the system quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with this company’s service!
