We've always been pleased with the care we have received from Inova-Go Health in West Springfield. Even with an appointment, wait time can be 45-60 minutes. Wouldn't think of going there if we didn't have an appointment. We expect the wait time is typical compared to other urgent care clinics.

This has become our go-to clinic on weekends or when we can't get a quick appointment with our family physician. Examples include needed stitches for a cut and removal of an embedded tick The staff have all been pleasant and competent.
