I spent over $6K on a tv and tv cabinet in January 2024. The purchase was recorded in the name of someone who is unknown to me. I asked that the mistake be rectified, only to be put off and then ignored by the representative, Bill Morrison. The purchase included a Best Buy warranty, but if I ever need to exercise my rights under the warranty, there will be no records to support a claim in my name. My personal Best Buy online account does not show any purchases by me of anything in the last three years much less my January purchase.
