I had two service calls over the past year for routine servicing of a/c in the summer and furnace in the fall. One technician finished so quickly that I suspect he wasn't as thorough as usual, but I can't actually confirm that. Problems came up repeatedly with billing. I was charged for the first call even though I had a service contract. The billing department did credit my account, but then that was overlooked at the second service call and I had to work with the billing department again to zero that out. Be aware when calling that if a representative isn't available the call will be answered by an AI bot. The stilted remarks were a tip-off, and the service technician confirmed this.

Company does boilers in addition to other HVAC systems, and that’s a plus given boilers are still in use.
